The winners will be the nominees who best meet the following requirements:
- Professional and personal conduct of moral character and behavior that receives the respect and gratitude of all co-workers. Provide specific examples of how the nominee meets these requirements.
- Exhibits outstanding performance in controlling any situation, i.e. emergency incidents, personnel, emergency repairs, etc. Provide specific examples of how this nominee’s performance meets these requirements.
- Executing and going above and beyond: Provide specific examples of how this nominee has gone above and beyond outside of their communication center for the betterment of the community, field personnel, or their center.
- Actions which demonstrate dedication to the field of public safety communications and a continuing interest in maintaining the highest standards. Include the creation of innovative ideas as they pertain to technology, procedures, and improving overall culture of the communication center. Provide specific examples.
