Program Description
One of the industry's subject matter experts in ProQA & AQUA is back again to create MORE meaningful change! We'll explore tools for measuring performance, calibrating feedback and creating strategies for improvement & training. Case Review is just one step in the cycle necessary for a successful Quality Management program, your systems have a wealth of reporting data that can be used to drive focused case reviews, shape CDEs, and create a "big picture" of your Agency's overall system use. Discuss your ideas and successes with others and take away some valuable new tools with data-driven methods. We'll share suggestions for creating policies and best practices for improvement and sustainable performance. Come to this workshop prepared to share and explore new strategies for creating meaningful change with the data that's already at your fingertips!
Presenter Bio
Meridith Jensen has more than 15 years of experience in the Public Safety industry. Nick-named "Meri-death" by her fellow dispatchers, she found her niche processing dynamic emergency calls using Police, Fire & Medical ProQA. She has been teaching, installing and troubleshooting ProQA & AQUA for Priority Dispatch since 2011. Meridith is also a triple discipline Quality Assurance Instructor, Software Instructor & Installer, and now serves as a subject matter expert as an Implementations Specialist with Priority Dispatch. Meridith is very passionate about Emergency Dispatching, and truly loves supporting dispatch centers and the communities they serve around the globe.
